OUR HISTORY
We completed our first consulting project in 1985. We operated as the consulting group, Management Resources, until 1993 when we incorporated as Wyman and Associates. Over the past 28 years we have worked providing best practices consulting services to many diverse organizations ranging from “Fortune 15’s” to a company with only two employees. You don’t have this kind of staying power in human capital consulting unless you treat your clients well and they love the results you provide.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Effective human capital management is the cornerstone of any organization's success. Organizations that motivate their employees and their management team will harness the innovation, ingenuity, and earn the commitment of the work force.
